Any applicable duties, taxes, admin fees, local charges, and disbursement fees are payable directly by the consignee prior to final delivery. Uptheir reserves the right to recover any costs incurred as a result of non-payment of applicable fees.

Same day dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2:30pm the same working day. Orders placed with Next Day Delivery services (DHL & Royal Mail 24) are guaranteed to be dispatched the same working day if placed before 2:30pm, other delivery methods may be dispatched the next working day during busy periods.
Orders placed after 2:30pm will be dispatched the next working day. Our working days are Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Your estimated delivery date (other than guaranteed services) is intended as a guide only. Please note that extended areas may have a longer delivery time. If you are unsure of your area, please contact us for clarification.
Extra delivery charges
Additional shipping charges may apply for extrended or Remote Areas, as defined by DHL. A Remote Area is defined as a postcode or suburb/town name that is deemed difficult to serve by DHL. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to waiver any Remote Area costs, as the amount payable is determined by DHL.

Royal Mail deliveries
The parcel will be taken to the local sorting office (or sometimes the post office) and you have the option to collect it or ask Royal Mail to redeliver. You can ask Royal Mail to deliver to your local post office instead of the sorting office (Royal Mail may charge you for this service).
For DHL deliveries
You have the option via DHL On Demand Delivery to customise your delivery.
In the event of you deciding to have the consignment left in a ‘safe place’, Uptheir WILL NOT be held responsible for any loss or damage.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking information sent to you via email. Can't find the email in the sea of spam? We get it. Contact us and we'll see where your parcel is.
Why is my order delayed?
We aim to get all orders placed before 2:30pm dispatched the same working day. If you have placed your order after 2:30pm on a weekday or anytime during the weekend, your order will be dispatched the next working day.
However, sometimes there may be delays - e.g. because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, COVID-19 or bad weather (for that one or two days of snow we get per year...). We try to keep our customers updated as much as we can, but if you want to see where your order is, you can track your parcel using the tracking code sent to you via email.

Why has my parcel been returned to you?
We recommend checking your parcel’s tracking information on Royal Mail/DHL’s website to see why your parcel has been returned to our warehouse. Any orders that have been returned to our warehouse will incur an additional delivery fee to resend to you.
Will I get a refund if a courier loses my parcel?
This is assessed on a case-by-case basis. We take each and every case seriously and work hard with our couriers to investigate the whereabouts of lost parcels. Once a full investigation has been completed, we will provide a refund where the courier is at fault.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund for lost parcels until the investigation is completed.
