Step 1: Measuring your body correctly
Men's measuring guide:
Measure around your chest going under your armpits and across your nipples as a guide. This should ensure that you measure the fullest part of your chest.
Measure around your waist where you intend to wear the item of clothing. You may choose to wear this either under your stomach, or over it, depending on how you find it most comfortable. Be sure to always keep this in mind when measuring your waist.
Measure the inside leg length from your crotch down to your ankle areas where you want the hem of your trousers to sit. Remember to keep your leg as straight as possible for the perfect fit.
Women's measuring guide:
Measure the fullest part and across the shoulder blades while standing straight with arms to the side. We recommend you wear a properly fitted bra or sports bra to fit the best fit.
Measure around the natural waistline. Your natural waistline hits at the area between the top of your hip bone and the bottom of your rib cage.
Measure around the fullest part of the hip.
Measure from the top of the crotch to your ankles where you want the hem of your trousers to sit. Remember to keep your leg as straight as possible for the perfect fit.
Step 2: Match your measurements with the correct size
